What are we looking for?

A great attitude, can-do mindset, learner, team player, technical competence, problem solver to review incoming ITBs (invitations to bid), scope and price out our bid to include parts, equipment and labor and serve as liaison to General Contractor and to internal colleagues after bid award.

This role is:

55% Bid preparation

25% GC interface to clarify questions and shepherd our bid to a successful win

20% Internal colleague support especially for the Preconstruction and Project Management team to answer clarifying questions about bid content and commitments after the award is ours.

Education & Experience

• Must have previous experience in HVAC / Mechanical estimation in multi-family new construction builds OR HVAC / Mechanical project management
• Understands technical aspects of Mechanical / HVAC contracting in Multi-family new construction.
• Skilled listener; asks great questions; able to determine client needs and translate that into workable, cost effective solutions.
• Assertive. Reaches out for key information from General Contractor (GC) to ensure our bid meets needs, deadlines etc. Effective relationship builder and negotiator.
• Demonstrated achievement in attaining goals
• Microsoft office, eSub, Procore, BIM360 and/or Blue Beam proficiency preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related degree preferred

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
